I graduated with master’s degree in Cross-Cultural Psychology and in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (Postgraduate I degree studies) from University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Poland.
My experience covers a diverse range of settings which includes various NGO’s, small companies and large corporations. I have professional practice in therapy, trainings, recruiting, mobbing prevention, employer branding. Among others I worked before as a psychotherapist at the Crisis Intervention Centre in Warsaw and completed an yearlong internship program in The Nobody’s Children Foundation (a non-governmental, non-profit organization working toward the goals of protecting children from abuse and providing help for abused children, their families, and their caregivers).
In my private practice I provide individual therapy in Polish and English for children, adolescents and adults and also therapy for couples and families.
I utilize an integrative approach to therapy tailored to client needs drawing from a number of evidence-based techniques including Cognitive- Behavioral Therapy, Systemic and Family Therapy, Solution-Focused therapy and Mindfulness.
Among my areas of specialist interest and research is Cross- Cultural Psychology. I’m helping my intercultural clients to cope with acculturation process using academic knowledge and personal experience gained during my long term journeys.
